Calls & texts.

Effective August 8, 2026

What you agreed to if you checked the consent box, how often we'll message you, and how to make it stop. Opting out is always free and always works.

01

What you agreed to

If you gave us your phone number and checked the consent box on one of our forms, you agreed that OTR Group and the advisors who work here may call and text you at that number about driving opportunities, including using an autodialer or a prerecorded or artificial voice.

Never a condition

Agreeing to calls and texts is not a condition of anything. It is not required to work with us, to be introduced to a carrier, or to apply anywhere, and we never charge drivers for anything, so there is nothing to buy. If you would rather not consent, submit the form without checking the box and we will reply by email, or just call us.

02

What we send

  • Messages about open driving positions, lanes, equipment, and pay.
  • Follow-ups about an inquiry or application you started.
  • Scheduling and orientation logistics if you move forward.

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us, typically a handful of messages while we're in touch, not a daily broadcast. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or rent your phone number, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

03

How to stop

You can revoke consent at any time, by any reasonable means. Any of these works and none of them requires a specific format:

  • Reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any text message.
  • Say so to whoever calls you, they will log it while you are still on the phone.
  • Email mo@theotrgroup.com from any address, or call (630) 822-9503.
  • Reply in your own words. “Stop texting me” counts, and we will honor it.

We honor opt-outs within ten business days at the outside, and normally within minutes. We will send one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. Opting out of marketing does not prevent us from replying to a question you asked us, and it does not affect any application already in progress.

Reply HELP to any message, or use the contact details above, for help.

04

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and message availability depends on your carrier and device.

05

Privacy

How we handle your number and the rest of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. We keep a record of your consent and of any opt-out, including what you were shown and when, so we can prove what you agreed to.
