OTR Group is an independent, asset-based motor carrier moving freight across the continental United States. We're not a brokerage with a paint job. We're not an app with a recruiter. We're a small operation built around the people doing the actual driving.
The company started with a small group of operators and dispatchers who had worked at the kind of carriers most drivers will recognize — the ones that pay short on Friday, ghost you when the weather turns, and treat home time like a negotiation. We don't do those things. That's the whole premise.
